The number of bartenders needed depends on your menu and the level of service you’d like for your event.
The industry standard when only serving beer & wine recommends one bartender for up to 75 guests. When serving beer, wine, mixed drinks, and/or signature cocktails, we recommend one bartender for every 50 guests.

Yes we are! We carry general liability as well as liquor liability insurance. All bartenders are RBS certified and we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
As a dry-hire bartending service, we do not sell alcohol and therefore do not carry a liquor license.

No — we do not hold a liquor license, which means we cannot sell or charge for alcoholic beverages. All of our services follow a hosted bar model, where you provide the alcohol and we handle the mixing, service, and presentation.

We’re based in Vacaville, but South San Francisco is truly our home. We proudly serve the entire Bay Area and regularly travel throughout Northern California for events.
Travel fees and minimums may apply depending on distance. -
We normally require a 30% non‑refundable deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
Cancellation Policy:Deposits are always non-refundable.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, any additional payments you’ve made can be refunded or applied as credit toward a future event.
If you cancel within 30 days of your event, no refunds will be issued.
Postponement Policy:
If your event is postponed, services pause until a new date is confirmed. Payments will be applied to the rescheduled date.
If the event is postponed a second time, the outstanding balance plus a non-refundable $300 rescheduling fee will be due in order to restart services.
If your event is postponed within 7 days of the original date, additional fees may apply to cover lost product and bartender wages.
